Video Session Recording
Video Session Recording enables you to capture and store any of your interactive customer sessions on the Recursive Labs Platform. All of the major products can generate an MP4 video file that can be linked directly to the case or tickets inside of a CRM or made available for custom applications via API.
The system can be configured to store them for as long as you require. There is no limit to the number of videos that can be securely stored.
Dedicated Instances
One of the unique capabilities of the Recursive Labs Platform is the ability to create dedicated production instances for specific customers that can be used for either production or development. They come in 3 different sized tiers depending on the needs of the environment.
These instances can also be geo-located anywhere that AWS has a physical data center allowing improved regional performance and enabling compliance with mandated processing and storage requirements.
A dedicated instance enables large contact centers to control timing of major upgrade cycles which then allows for consolidated testing and training.
